Bad review Macdonald Savannah Polokwane
I visited McDonald’s savanna in Polokwane at 9:30 ,the service provided was bad the staff was not polite.i was told to que at the drive thru when I don't even have a car At that time it’s evening and it’s very cold top it all off the section wer the restaurant is located is not safe,i then asked for the shift manager mr isiah ngobeni,he did not even handle the matter in a way that showed he is a manager ,I just want to know is it right for me to be quing at the drive thru without a car

01 Feb 2020, 10:26I have gone through all the McDonald’s reviews not a single one has McDonald’s comment ,is it because the feel our complaints are not valid as we are in Africa or is hello peter not submitting our complaints to the relevant department.Please hello peter if this reviews are not being commented on that his means the service that I experienced is still going to be experienced by the next costumer.
The reason I wrote my review is because I don’t want to the woman this country experience what I experienced imagine telling a woman to stand outside in the dark for her to place her order at the drive through because the doors of the restaurant are close for what ever reason which I was not told #umdoingthisforthenext customer
