bad quality of servive

on Saturday we went to Mac Donald in Lyndhurst,Johannesburg and we ordered 4 bigmac meal medium and 1 happy meal and the sad part was they didn't have coldrinks available because of the was no water and they charged us the full price and didn't even substitute for the drinks or replace the cooldrink with something else and on top of it they only had toys for girls not for boys they gave us a girls gutter for the hair after waiting so long for the renovations to be done you would think the quality of the service would match the new look but to my disappointment most of us were complaining about the full price and not even getting a substitute for the coldrink,
