Bad quality burger & fries

@McDonalds writing this to express my profound disappointment in the quality of the burger and fries I recently purchased from your establishment through MrD Vaal Mall.

The burger I received was cold, dry and unappetizing. Additionally, the fries, I am speechless you could swear they gave me left overs. This makes me question the quality standards upheld by this company
