Bad Quality and poor delivery system

My order was done online, I specifically stated what meals I wanted and how many sachets of ketchup is needed.<br> <br> The slip states everything correct but once paid for and checked, I found that the order was missing all the fries of the 3 meals and had only 3 sachets ketchup and not 6 as requested.<br> <br> The driver then said he did not pack in the order and said he would drive again and bring the fries.<br> <br> I checked my burgers and there were 2 normal Mcfeast burgers and 1 spicey. I specifically asked for 2 spicey and 1 normal.<br> <br> When trying to call the branch the phone gets hung up each time. The delivery guy eventually pitches with the fries he forgot and to my discovery there was one less, only 2 was delivered. The driver once again went back to fetch the fries.<br> <br> The worst part is that the meals were not even fresh, the fries was like cardboard, like it was standing there all day and I got all the left overs.<br> <br> The order was placed 12:55 and I only had my complete order by 14:15.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed and so furious for all the time it took to get a complete order and the lack competence in the staff employed at the Mcdonalds.<br> <br> This is absolutely appalling!!!
