Bad quality

I bought a grand chicken burger yesterday same as I always do but this time it was very disappointing.

The roll was old and the chicken was dry and hard I barely took two bites .

I live quite far from the McDonald's and could not go back .

The McDonald's restaurant in port Elizabeth kinako mall very disappointed.
