BAD QC!!!!

I just would like to bring to your attention. yesterday 1/12/21 at 16:50:38 N1 City Goodwood branch I received a burger as in the attached images. How does a person get this right? Is there no quality control? We are regular customers almost daily and it is sad to see the service we get.

I would greatly appreciate it if you can step up your quallity control, and I find it very hard to get half a burger when paying full price.
