Bad practice..

I am so angry, McDonalds stoneridge makes us wait in the LONGEST queue. Then when we get to the order window and try to order our ice creams, they say that the machine is not working. Then we had to stay in the line for nothing because there is no place to exit!!!! At LEAST have the decency to put a sign out saying that the ice cream machine is not working.
