Bad Pamela, go home

I am currently standing in a Q at carlton centre McDonald's and I would like a bit of assistance from a lady who looks like she is the manager by Pamela. She was rude and totally out of professionalism. She tells me that I have to learn the new order machine. Was I trained to know how to order there? Has McDonald's turned into a driving school where the instructor just sits and looks at what the learner does.
