Bad order at Protea Glen Mall Macdonald's

Such a bad experience I had at the Protea Glen Macdonald's on Friday around 14:00 to 15:00, I bought a big Mac and requested that they add a jalapeño Sauce inside my burger because I like it like that and it's a dry burger, and I paid for it. so it was a take out, I ate my chips on my way and when I got to work in Doornkop I realised that there is no jalapeño Sauce in my burger after two bites and decided to go back, when I get there I tell them that they didn't put my jalapeño Sauce in my burger, nobody wanted to take responsibility first of all, nobody apologised, nobody had name tags so I can't even name them here but I can describe that the light in complexion short lady said she didn't know who was the chef for the shift when I asked because she was at the till and she's the one I requested my order from, she asked the pregnant lady whom she named Neliswa or nelisiwe if I'm not mistaken and she also said she didn't know, they then said to me that should they put the jalapeño Sauce in my burger lol I laughed a little because I used my petrol to come back to a place that's 15 minutes away from where I was because I didn't enjoy my food for people to not even apologise for their mistake but offer to put the stupid jalapeño sauce in the food. I wanted to throw that burger in their faces and leave but I held myself plus I was tired and hungry they gave me a jalapeño sauce, I threw that burger and jalapeño in the bin and went straight to kfc to buy enjoyable food.

Kindly teach the staff of Protea Glen Mall Macdonald's customer service, how to apologise for their mistake, teach them problem solving, and to put in their name tags, and to treat their customers with respect
