bad or no service

<p>on sat 29 -10-2016 was at store in afternoon,waited more than 25 mins for 3 burgers take away.then after leaving find no straws or serviettes.</p> <p>tonight sunday at 9 oclock went again .stand in drive thru then find out ice cream machine broken once again.now im stuck in drive thru que and cannot leave.manager tells me machine is very old that why always no ice cream or milk shake.really ...is ther no mney to buy new equipment and how difficult is it to put up board saying no ice cream.this has to be the worst mcdonalds in sa.</p>
