Bad Online Service

I ordered on the McDonalds app ,they then decide to cancel my prder for no particular reason .I lodge a complaint on the 28th of February till today I have not received a response .I have followed multiple times,went to Mcdonalds direct-the supervisor said they would call me back and no response/call back .
