bad meal

I am high dissapointed with the service I got from Macd on the 23 of April I ordered meal I stated there no ice they bought my whole meal cold the mac fizz with ice on a cold rainy day I was in hospital at netcare parklane that day I didn't even eat that meal had to throw it away who eats a cold burger and a freezing drink with ice swiming in it while in hospital I have been your customer for the past 12 years but no more
