Bad marketing

My 4th time visiting the McDonald's in Worcester High street and their app was offline. Whats the use in having an app but one cannot even use the app for purchuses. Their is items on the app for much more affordable than in the restaurant. This is really disappointing and they are bombarding you with marketing emails but than the app isn't working.
