Bad Managerial Skills - Mcdonalds Brackenfell

This evening just before 7pm, my husband went and got us food at the Mcdonald's in Brackenfell. Our 2 kids were with and it was raining hence going through the drive-thru.

When he received the order the manager on duty (Monique) if we not mistaken - she checked the order before he received it.

Our kids orders was wrong but due to it being late and they were hungry we let them eat their food. My husband then tried calling the store to inform them about the incorrect order and when checking the rest of the our order, we noticed that the fries were half the amount in the holder. As he tried calling, the number wasnt valid/out of order.

He then drove back to the store and spoke to the manager who assisted him earlier and she was just disrespectful and showed no client service. He told her that he tried calling the store and that the number on slip was not valid, she debated with him about it - he then tried to calling infront of her to show that the number does not work. Then she gave him an alternative contact number which also did not work. But through all this she never apologised. She even said that the reason why the fries was less is because they were cold and shrunk - in what world does that happen.

This was a complete inconvenience. Having to drive twice and to be treated by an unprofessional.

This was not to try and score a free meal but the principle. We just wanted what we paid for. Nothing more nothing less!
