Bad manager attitude

McDonald's tzaneen service is pathetic, they give you wrong order and act as if it's your fault when you are complaining about it, the so called manager interrogate you about the slip as if there is a need for it, though you show him proof of payment on your banking app. He denied me to do a reprint on his system and expect me to go and look for it, I really expected a lot from this store.
