Bad Management s****s from Mc Donald's New Market.

Afternoon Sat went to New Redruth Mc Donald's. There was a guy who refused and the staff resumed told me they were scared of him they can't give me his name. His manner of approach was horrible as I approach Mc D he came close to me and showed me the clue I was ****ed off but I reserved my comments at the moments and corrected him on wat he was supposed to say he came close to making noise telling me he owns Mc Donald's I dont know who he is Mc Donald's New Market belongs to him I must shut up he doesn't talk to women are useless the argument went on even inside the store. He came to me with all the threads never mind the thread he wasn't even maintaining the distance during this pandemic time. He was so all over the place trying to make a point that he owns the store to me and when he was passing near me saying he will show me who he is here he calls the shorts there no one will tell him anything.

I would like whosoever responsible for New Market Mc Donald or Health and Safety to request the shortage for the 06 June 2020 as I observed that this guy who refused to give me his name calling himself the owner and the Manager he was not taking covid 19 precautions he was just proving an ownership point. And to see how he interact with customers as he is very scary and rude. I refused to believe that he owns that Mc Donald as if he was owning it he would never jeopardize the place and disrespect customers.

I would really appeal that whosoever that is owning the store review people he or she place as Managers. That guy was just a kasie guy with no Conflict Management S****s, no Interpersonal Management s****s for goodness sake not even Customer Service Management S****, just a guy from Kasie who is showing off to the customers and branging. Clearly he does not have respect for anyone not even other workers he works with.

Hope the Management style is reviewed during this pandemic time.
