BAD MANAGEMENT \HALF MEGA ****IN

This morning around about 10;10 I went to buy me breakfast at garden route mall I arrived there was no one 2 assist I went 2 the Machine 2 do my order ,everyone was at the back so I payed at the order counter . I orders 2 MEGA MAC****IN MEALS I did this during my tea time which is only 30min I am 5 MIN away from my work place ,so when I arrived at work wanted 2 eat my meal 2 my surprise the bun on top looked like it was bitted there was only one pattie on the mac ****in. I called the store the lady picked the phone not introducing herself I explained to her what I noticed she asked me why didnt I check before I left ,I told her haibo I couldnt course I trusted u guys will do a good job so she said she will sent someone 2 exchange the mega ****in when the staff member arrived it was incorrect again I called her ...she asked my why I am a so stupid I could have come get it myself she doesn't have staff to sent around she was yelling screaming over the phone ,I m so disappointed in the service I got I Am a everyday customer I still cant believe it .She did nit wanna give her name the staff member that brought the wrong item gave me the name , for a manager to treat a customer like this is so so low her name is LANDY
