Bad Management etiquette

We and my brother went into McDonald's Greenpoint on17th July'22 at 13:20pm asking for ice-cream to buy the cashier said is was not ready it so I asked her to speak to a manager the Manager came(Monezi) and said it's not ready I told him it's for a couple of youth that we toke to table mountain for there 1st time.

I said the ice-cream for cones is not right so he said we must buy sundaes that cost triple the price of the ice-cream that was not right for cones just now.

I said it was underprivileged children that don't have the luxury of eating at McDonald's so I asked can we have a discount on the sundaes maybe with me giving proof.

The thing is the manager looked at the cashier and they started to love me out in my face... We were just helping underprivileged children but to them we were a spoke Realy that service the Monezi and the cashier just laughed me out in my face and did not stop I had to walk out...
