Bad management

I went to the drive thru to buy two cup cake, when i got to the window there was no one. So i proceeded the the collection window to place my order. They told me to park and go inside or drive around again wait in the queue course they are not able to help me by the collection window. Mean while was at the first window and we wait the check if anyone is coming.
