Bad Lunch time experience

I slipped away lunch time hoping to be back at the office in time. Drove to Mcdonalds Kuilsriver, bought myself a McRoyal Burger only, without tomato and extra onion. Driving back to the office to be at work in time, I open my burger and the top bun breaks as I touch it into millions of pieces (clearly the impression that the top bun is OLD), I open the burger the patty was hard and cold there was no tomato on AND no onion, which was NOT my order. I somehow don't seem to learn my lesson when it comes to McDonalds Bellville, and they seem to disappoint me EVERYTIME, I once ordered a HOT chocolate for my kid and myself, all to find ants in them, I did not complain, my 4 year old kid was halfway with his hot choc and we discovered the ants, checked mine and there was ants in too (I however didn't drink on mine yet) I bought nuggets there one evening for my kid. All to discover when I got home they gave me an empty box, and yet again I have given you the benefit of the doubt by rushing to buy myself lunch there and get disappointed. I DONT WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE. A courtesy call would be appreciated. I am clearly done with Mcdonalds Bellville (Next to the big Absa, by Sanlam)
