Bad ****ing service

I ordered on the the McDonald's app paid the r20 for the delivery my order came to 243.90 that left my bank account.my estimated delivery time was between 15:00 and 15:15 and 16:00 hours my food was still not here. I went to McDonald's observatory and was told that they did not receive my order even though I had proof apparently the computer was off. They would not give the order but advised to raise a complaint I want all money back immediately.
