Bad hygiene at Parkrand McDonalds

First we wait almost 30 minutes to place our order. They seem to take an order, then finish the food before taking a new order. Unfriendly and poor communication skills. Then eventually after waitig 35 minutes one very slow, very rude, not so presentable lady starts with my son's ice cream. Having excess ice cream in the cup, she decides to scoop the extra ice cream off with a piece of plastic in which thet cups were stored. A piece of dirty plastic may I add. They messed up my order givig me stuff we did not order and claiming we did not order some stuff. Totally ***********.
