Bad fries

Hello Peter, my name is Boitshepo Kgare and this is with great disappointment for me to be writing this review about my best restaurant. Today I went to McDonald's at retail crossing and bought a few meals for me and my kids, to my surprise I found out that the fries actually looked like bad biltong. I then returned them but I was told that the brand of fries was recently changed and I was given other fries that just came out. The fries were extremely hot but within 20 seconds they went from fresh to the bad biltong state. I honestly hope McDonald's will realise that they stand to loose a lot of customers because of this.
