Bad Food & Service

<p>Hi</p> <p>We bought a Shared Box at Macdonalds in Durban Road Bellville on Saturday the 18th of February.</p> <p>We ate the cheese Burgers and the Nuggets, As we normally do and then eat the big Mac's Later or the next morning. <br />We always put the food in the fridge. so yesterday the 19th of February i take the burgers out of the fridge heat it up in its box.</p> <p>the normal routine i take the middle bun off. i took a bite and something told me to turn me burger and there is Mr uninvited on my Burger so what i had in my mouth i spit out and i felt sick to my stomach. hubby goes through his burger to check and on the bottom of his burger another uninvited friend. so we went back to the branch the first lady there not very helpful to sort this problem out said someone will phone me to give us a voucher or something to make up for this as we did not want Burgers again...... the lady phone me once as i was busy i could not answer i phoned back they said they will give her the message no one phoned me so i went there at 7 pm last night (19th) and the lady was cheeky and then asked us is she can replace the 2 burgers with 2 Mac Flurry's.</p> <p>I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MAC DONALDS AGAIN. <br />We buy form MacDonald's a lot every single week and this is the service we get.</p>
