Bad food & poor service

We live close to Mc Donald's Rosettenville and always buy from there but after last Friday 23/10/2015 we are very disgusted with the poor service and how unorganized they have become after 3 times of trying to correctly place our order for my family of 7! I decided to try the new Boerie burger meal which was horrible the roll was old very hard and there was only 2 patties on the bun NOTHING else no sauce nothing! The service needs to be upped because either we get this type of service or we get home and they have give us something short and this is not the first time and I am fed up!
