Bad food, bad service like everything was horrible

Today I had the worst experience at McDonald's new town Junction Johannesburg. A lady called Nozipho was so rude in a way that I can't even explain in words.. Me and my friend were served the worst horrible burger and when we complained to the lady all she said that the meal was the best selling Meal as far as she knows so if we want to complain we can Google the complain email address of Mcdonald of which we did ourselves.. Further more she gave us a dismissive attitude.. NOZIPHO lacks customer service skill and people skill
