Bad Food at Carnival Mall s McDonald

Since last year i stopped buying burgers from Carnival Mall McDonald because anytime i buy it in the night. I end up having a running stomach and seeing a doctor. And its only that particular mcdonald that makes me sick. I even got my friends to try it too and they fell sick

So last night i thought there service and food had improved and i used there burger and foldover and am lying down sick with running stomach. Me and my friends. One of my friend has a bloated stomach
