Bad food?

On the 28th of March 2021 I went to McDonald’s to get food for myself and my fiancé Service was brilliant however after eating the food my fiancé and myself started experiencing stomach cramps and both suffered with diarrhea the day afterwards

I honestly love McDonald’s food but now I’m scared to even get it again because I don’t know if we going to go through the same thing
