Bad food

I ordered a meal for my family my son, husband and myself, firstly the cool drink was not closed properly so by the time it got here it had been spilled the driver had to go back to get another one then my son's happy meal burger had black spots on the bun and the pattie and when I called they informed that they can not replace the meal due to the time however this is not acceptance as my child had to go to bed without eating due to the fact that the person or people packing the meal just didnt bother as to what they packed but just put in what ever to send the meal off, being a loyal customer I am very disappointed and I will definitely be telling my family and friends so that they also dont make the mistake and buy from Macdonald again....
