Bad food

I went to McDonald East Rand mall on Saturday the 17. I bought a big Mac n MC feast large. When I got the food the fries were very dry and cold I asked the manager why they are so dry and he said that's how they make their fries .he left me standing at the counter and associated other customers. I then asked for my receipt since he takes the receipts when we collect food, he said he doesn't have time to look for receipt the store is busy. He then gave me another pack of fries and left me standing
