Bad experience from beginning till the end

We never go to McCafe in Waterstone, but whenever we do, our experience there is never a pleasant one. The quality of service is not of a high standard or what we'd expect it to be.<br> <br> The first time we paid them a visit, we ordered two chocolate ganache cake slices and it was stiff and old, they replaced it with an extra large fries and we thought it would be a one time disappointment but..<br> Last night we decided to pay them another visit and it was clear that the staff member behind the McCafe counter was inexperienced, just like the first time. Every time we asked something on the menu, we were told that the staff member doesn't know how to make it. On another occasion at the Strand outlet, we were held up at the pay point by the drive thru and they served us melted ice cream on cones and refused to replace. My cousin ordered a milkshake and it looked nothing like one. The strawberry syrup was at the bottom of the cup and ice cream was thrown on top of that.<br> <br> We love McDonald's but we hate the service we've received so far.
