Bad experience

I placed my order at 16:08 and still haven't received my order and its currently 19:21. 3 hours for a delivery for which was to be supper for kids as a treat for being cooped up in the house. This is completely unacceptable. After calling the store 10 times they finally answered only to tell me the order is sent out but they don't know when. This is no way to treat your customers. How do you allow a store to carry out deliveries with only 2 driver? That is no way to operate on a month end.
