Bad experience

I'm very disappointed in the service at Belhar McDonald's. Last night I went to McDonald's to my surprise I waited a whole hour in the drive thru which I don't mind because, I had a craving for McDonald's. When it came to my turn to order the cashier had her own conversation before she helped me got to the window to pay there was another customer standing by the window wanted to pay but, according to my understanding there was a problem with his card or something mind you is my turn to pay. The cashier don't say anything to me I asked her what's happening because it's my turn to pay and I'm been standing long in the line she just rudely ignored me. Finally I got my food while driving I started eating my fries VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED THE FRIES WAS SO HARD I was like no man I always buy by Belhar McDonald's and I never had a issue or problem with the food or service...Ate my burger Mac Feast taste like burn and burger was so wet I just lost my appetite. First time experiencing such a bad service and food experience from McDonald's.
