Bad experience

I visited McDonalds Herm**** today, and was extremely dissappointed in their customer service. Despite asking to see the manager, I was not important enough for his attention, and was farmed onto someone else. This person could not tell me why their much hyped app did not work on my Samsung smartphone, or made much of an effort to find an alternative solution. I suppose bussiness must be good if they can treat a customer this way.
