Bad experience

I purchased a share box and an extra big Mac meal and as I received my order at the drive thru, I asked the lady if my order was complete and she **** to my face and said yes. To my surprise when I got home, the extra meal wasn't there, so when I drove back to the mall they were already closed. I had to eat 2 nuggets with a cold drink for dinner, what a total waste of time and money and petrol considering the rising fuel prices in this country on a monthly basis. I'm so disappointed and Considering it was the 3rd time I had this issue with the McDonald's at Tsakane mall.
