Bad drive thru service McDonald's

Waitress was very rude, instead of good customer service when coming through the drive thru she ask me why I don't start engaging her instead of her asking me what I want to order. I knocked on the drive thru menu screen to get her attention, but yet I felt very insulted by her as it seemed like she does not want to be anywhere near customers. As I'm writing this, I'm waiting for a supervisor or manager or anybody of any sorts in an authority figure to talk to but she is telling me that there is no supervisor in or near, but she changes her statement to that the manager is busy with another customer. This is not OK at all, please have good customer service. Speak to asi the representative at the drive thru booth, I also spoke to given the manager.
