Bad drive thru service

Sitting outside McDonald’s pinelands branch in Cape Town for 20 minutes after ordering a junior cheeseburger. After placing my order I was told to park in the front and my meal would be brought to me. Sitting outside - have not seen one person delivering food since sitting here. They don’t have designated parking for the waiting for food so I don’t even know how they will find me. Over all the service is really bad - I have no idea why I actually came here
