Bad drive thru experience

On the 23rd Friday morning went to McD Carnival

Mall @06:21 on the drive thru, after payment on collection window was told to park on the side thy will bring my order as thy r busy preparing. 20 min later stepped out of car only then thy were bringing the order,.my problem is poor service level reason I went to.drive thru expect quick service since im in a hurry but as always they fail to deliver fast to drive to manage customer expectations fr drive thru service. They manipulate their service level as if they do render sales fast and quick whilst not.true. They are giving skewed service reports as thy are actually failing. Very bad service no sense of urgency. Spoke to manager on duty Lifa Tsotetsi who just said sorry. Very much disappointed ..
