Bad delivery service and taste list food

Worst delivery service ever. Book a order online foe delivery. It was cancelled by driver I had to drive to the store to collect it. When getting there the manager of the vangate store told me it's not there problem that driver canceled the pickup. There stuff was Sogie and taste list. I Called in numerous times to get my refund foe the delivery all they say they will escalate it to management
