Bad Delivery service

McDonald's Meadowdale, Edenvale.

Can this branch sort out their delivery issues already??? I've lost count at the number of times I've tried to order using the app only to be met with (service temporarily available) and that i should order in advance 120 minutes later!!! I phoned to inquire once as to what was the reason for this and was told that there is only one driver. How is the latter even possible when there's several s******s outside the franchise? whats the point of having your own delivery service as a convenience to your customers yet half of the time its unavailable. Fix your branch this poor service is unbecoming.
