Bad delivery service

I've always have a problem when using McDonald's delivery services, but today is worst. Start ordering at 09:30 for delivery. My food arrived at 10:10 chips was cold and old. I asked for extra jalapeño sauce but nothing, got no slip for my purchase nothing. Its always an issue with them and if you phone the store that's handling the deliveries they will tell you that its not their problem and that you have to phone the hotline nr, phoning the hotline, they just drop it in your ear. I will never order online again
