Bad delivery

I ordered food via the MrD food app . The order went through and everything , up until the delivery! So this driver from MrD food was standing by the wrong house , I saw him and tried calling but no answer , eventually I had to stand in the road and call him, as I was calling him he wanted to drive away. I then called again and he came cause he saw that I was in the road , as he got off the bike he was shouting at me and I was confused , I then spoke to him in a calm manner advising him that he was at the incorrect house and needs to double check the GPS, he then got angry at me and refused to give my food that’s when myself and my mother had to force the food out he’s hand. He then shouted at my mother in the road and wanted to come at her . I then pulled my phone out and told him that I will take a picture of the number plate as well as of him and report him , he then got so angry and wanted to bump me over and I caught this all on camera. I am super upset and ontop of that I got cold food from McDonald’s and hard chips.
