Bad deal at Mcdonalds Belhar

Girlfriend ordered double cheese burger with chips and coke , bigmac meal and mcfeast burger meal . She got single cheese burger chips and drink, bigmac in Cagun chicken box chips and drink and my Mcfeast burger only came with in patty some chips and drink. So didn't get extra party on Mcfeast burger and she didn't get her extra patty on cheese burger how do I get refunded for their fault when store is full took already half hour to get food and they do not answer their phones .really bad service.
