Bad customer treatment, closed 24 hours drive through

<p>Early Sunday morning the 13 November my friends and I went to the Umhlanga Rocks mac donalds drive through and they were closed! The sign outside CLEARLY says '24 hours'. When we knocked on the window and asked the staff why they were closed and could they please serve us as it is a '24 hour drive through' they laughed at us through the closed window and told us to 'go away'. I was SHOCKED that a massive world wide franchise first of all decided to close their doors to the public during working hours and then had the cheek to treat a customer so badly! I am actually lost for words! Would higher management please contact me regarding this or i'm taking this complaint international! Absolutely shocking! What does this say about our country??</p>
