Bad customer services

I went to the McDonald's at 115, fedsure forum building, 315 pretorius st on the 24/06/2019 around 20:59 to redeem and purchase a meal on my app and I was told I couldn't because the manager was at the back counting stock and couldn't be bother to come to the floor to assist customers so I told the lady assisting me to call the manager, while I was waiting there another lady came and said who's looking to redeem I rep**** and said it's me then she said the manager is at the back and can't be bothered so I should wait not even knowing how long. The stuff there need to be trained in customer services, they need to approach every customer equally, they need to have a store manager and as assisting manager to help run swiftly not this **** we experiencing when we visit this stores. I was assisted by a lady called NTSANO OR NTSANO OR NTHABO something like that, her and her another friend need to be taught customer service or moved to work at the DC or back packing stock were they won't be dealing with customers period.
