Bad customer service/negligent

On my way to work my shift last night I passed by McDonald's East Rand Value Mall drive through. I ordered 3 meals, 1× bigmac medium meal, 1 × McFeast medium meal and 1× larg quater pounder. As i left the driver through i didnt check my order until i got to work only to find out that thet didnt invlude my bigmac meal in the bag instead they gave me some small checken burger with no fries. I tried calling them but they never picked up. We ended up not even eating that night
