Bad customer service/ Worst service ever

<p>Yesterday at 17:47, i walked in to your store as always. I had to order some food and after requesting for medium meals the lady told us that they only selling large meals which is an inconvenient for us as we did budget to buy large meals. Reason of which i didn't understand. We therefore bought food and requested to use the abolution facilities and only to find out they were locked. I asked for the keys and was told that there is no water (toilets out of order). while waiting for our food to be released i noticied that other customer are using the disabled/ special needs toilets. i futher asked why can't be given the key to that toilet as it's in use. I had to request for a manager who then asked the security guy to open for me and they couldn't tell me why i was denied access while there are other customers using the toilet. I was so disapointed with your service and don't think i will be served by your store anymore.......#WorstService Ever!!!</p>
