Bad Customer Service Mc Donalds Jorrisen Str Braamfontein

It is disappointing that when placing an order to be delivered to our workplace , University of Wi****ersrand that it takes 4 calls to inquire where the delivery is and 2 hours for it to be delivered, especially from a big establishment like this. The food gets delivered with no apology and another excuse that doesn't make sense not to mention cold as well. Some businesses don't deserve our support.
