Bad customer service Mayville Pretoria McDonald's

I was unfortunate to be served at the Mayville McDonald's by a very rude lady by the name of Neo Mahlangu. At the drive through voice machine where you order, there is a noise made by what sounds like a fan and when making my order, the lady had the nerve to speak to me with attitude when I was asking for a McFlurry. Instead of her going "we have this flavour and this flavour" she goes "WHIIIICH ONE" sounding irate and no care in the world for customer service. I asked her not to shout at me like that and went to speak to her manager who was also not showing empathy as to nip the situation in the bud. I reside near the area and will never recommend Mayville until a proper apology from both Neo Mahlangu as well as her night manager Ouma Sthole.
