Bad customer service is just an understatement

I was at McDonald's westgate mall this afternoon, bought 2x nazo meals, no sugar cokes, no ice. We were then given Fanta and cream soda, then checked the burgers, there was little to nothing of everything...ketchup, onions, literally one slice of gherkin. And when I went to complain, the lady that assisted me had a stinking attitude. You cannot advertise something and what you will be getting is the total opposite. I paid for that food, I was not given it for free and I deserve to get what is advertised, the service was pathetic. She opened the burger so disgustingly and just said "see, here's the onion, ketchup and gherkins". Some people just do not deserve to be paid because they are just rude, disrespectful and have 0 customer service skills. I always have issues when I am at McDonald's westgate, they have a real attitude problem. I am beyond angry, and I want to take this straight to head office, cause this is unacceptable.
